A: You will need to provide food, water, and any necessary medication for your pet. We also ask that you provide us with any specific instructions for your pet's care.

A: We are happy to administer medication to your pet as per your instructions.
Q: How do I cancel or reschedule a service?
A: To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Q: How do I know when a service has been completed?
A: We will provide updates and pictures during the service, and upon completion, we will send a summary of the service, including the time and location of the walk or visit.
